1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GlobalSpeak ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlobalSpeak. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use most features of GlobalSpeak you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GlobalSpeak only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in or promote spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful computer code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without our express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on GlobalSpeak:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any such content will be reported to relevant authorities immediately.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or terrorism.
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, fraud, or human trafficking.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").
• Content that constitutes doxxing or the publication of another person's private information without consent.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, as well as referral to law enforcement where required.

6. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of content you post on GlobalSpeak. By posting content, you grant GlobalSpeak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand our practices.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

GlobalSpeak reserves the right to moderate content and user behaviour. Our moderation team may, at their sole discretion:

• Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
• Issue warnings to users.
• Suspend accounts temporarily or permanently.
• Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting our support team. We do not guarantee the reversal of any decision.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
