Moderator

Reviews reports, manages behaviour, issues warnings and bans across the platform.

Community Manager

Manages community engagement, events, and communications across the platform.

Support L3

Senior support handling complex cases, appeals, and server-level disputes.

Support L2

Handles standard reports, user queries, and assists with account issues.

Support L1

First line of support. Responds to reports and helps users with day-to-day issues.
