Payment and refund

Your payments to GlobalSpeak are safe and secure. All credit card payments are processed by 2Checkout, meaning that we never have access to your billing information. 

The fee for any training or workshop must be payed in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete untill GlobalSpeak has received such full payment of the fee. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your enrollment and other important details. Accepted Payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Discover Novus, JCB and Diners Club. Alternatively, payment can be made with a bank account according to the invoice received within 1 (one) business day upon your order. In such case however, your registration will be confirmed as soon as your payment statement appears on the GlobalSpeak’s account, which may take up to 5 (five) business days. Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of Terms of service And Privacy policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by you

Regardless on the training type, you have the right to cancel your contract and receive a full refund at any time within 30 (thirty) days from the beginning of your training. To exercise your cancellation right as set out above, send a refund request to

info@globalspeak.net

indicate your first and last name, service you are not satisfied with as well as date of purchase, and your money will be on the way to you shortly.

Cancellation by GlobalSpeak

GlobalSpeak reserves the right to cancel any training and workshop by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before its official start. In such case, all fees payed by you will be refunded, or you will be offered to reschedule the training you ordered as an alternative, taking into account payment or refund of any difference in purchase price. The refund implies only charges payed for our services excludeing any other fees you may be subject to. For partial cancellation of the training currently being in progress, refunds will be made on a proportionate basis.

Please allow up to 6 (six) weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.
